Product & Sizing
Is every dress made to order?
Most Frocklet garments are Made-to-Order to ensure artisanal quality. However, swatches, clearance items, and products marked "Ship in 72hrs" are ready-made and in stock.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
We recommend referring to our Size & Fit Guide. Since children grow quickly, please measure your child’s height, chest, and waist, and compare them with our specific measurement charts.
Orders & Tailoring
How long does it take to tailor a dress?
Our standard tailoring time is 3 - 5 business days for Flower Girl dresses and accessories. This allows our atelier to ensure every stitch meets our quality standards.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As we begin the tailoring process shortly after order confirmation, modifications or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries including the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia and Africa. Detailed rates and times can be found on our Shipping Policy page.
Are customs duties included in the price?
No, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard sizes. Please note that personalized or highly customized items may have different terms. Visit our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
