Product & Craftsmanship

Is every dress made to order?

Yes, most Frocklet garments are Made-to-Order to ensure artisanal quality and minimize waste. Swatches, clearance items, and products marked "Ship in 72hrs" are ready-made and in stock for immediate dispatch.

How do I choose the perfect size?

We recommend referring to our Size & Fit Guide. Since every child grows uniquely, we suggest measuring their height, chest, and waist to compare against our detailed measurement charts.

Orders & Tailoring

What is the lead time for my order?

Our standard artisan tailoring time is 3–5 business days. This dedicated time allows our atelier to ensure every lace and stitch meets our signature quality standards before shipping.

Can I adjust my order after purchase?

Because we begin the bespoke tailoring process shortly after confirmation, we can only accommodate modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact hello@frocklet.com immediately.
