At Frocklet, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our dresses. If your purchase isn't quite right or you need to adjust your order, we are here to help with a structured and transparent process.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns for the following items within 14 days of receiving your package:

  • Standard-size dresses (excluding Final Sale)
  • Shoes and most hair accessories

Condition Requirements: All items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

2. Order Changes Policy

We understand that mistakes happen. Our ability to modify your order (color, size, or address) depends on the item type and timing:

• Ready-Made Items: (Final Sale, Clearance, Swatches) These process quickly. Change requests must be submitted within 12 hours of confirmation.

• Made-To-Order Items: (Flower Girl & Custom Dresses) We can adjust color, size, or measurements within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the item moves into meticulous production and no further changes can be made.

• Address Changes: Please notify us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot redirect the package or bear liability for address errors.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order entirely, refunds are processed based on the production stage:

• Within 24 hours: 100% Full Refund.

• 24–120 hours: 50%–80% Partial Refund (covers material & labor already assigned).

• Beyond 120 hours: Shipping fee refund only.

4. Return Fees & Charges

Customer Preference: For returns due to style preference or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. (Typical range: $15 - $35 USD).

Frocklet Errors: If you receive a damaged, defective, or mis-shipped item, please contact us within 14 days. We will provide a full refund including return shipping reimbursements.

5. Refund Details & Processing

Refunds are initiated once the returned package is scanned and confirmed at our warehouse. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email frockletco@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Receive your Return Form and authorization from our team.
  3. Ship the item via your local post within 7 days of authorization.
  4. Keep your tracking receipt until the refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items & Return Address

The following are Non-Returnable: Custom-made dresses, Final Sale items, Swatches, and Jewelry/Lingerie.
