Track Your Order

At Frocklet, we know you are excited to receive your handcrafted gown. We make it easy to follow your package's journey from our studio to your doorstep.

How to track your shipment:

  • Via Shipping Confirmation Email: Once your artisan-crafted dress is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
  • Via Your Frocklet Account: If you created an account with us, you can log in to your dashboard at any time. Navigate to the "Order History" section to view your order status and retrieve your tracking information.
  • Need Help? If you have not received your tracking number or have concerns about your delivery, please contact our support team at hello@frocklet.com.

Note: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update the package status on their website.
